What happens when this value is reached, right now I am about half way, does it just recycle them? Why does it keep them in the memory for so long, they have not gone down at all and I started the server 12 hours ago.

QS_ClientEntries defines the size of the modules "memory", which is used to remember clients (what have the done - good or bad things). It's desirable to keep them as long as possible in memory, e.g. if somebody has logged in last week (valid user account), it's unlikely that this user/source address is going to attack your server today.

Q: What happens when this value is reached?
A: Oldest entries are forgotten first.
