[Mod-pubsub-developer] flash_repubsub now available

I've completed the flash_repubsub client and uploaded it to the 
mod-pubsub.org subversion repository [1].  flash_repubsub is a Flash 
ActionScript 2.0 interface to the repubsub server. The README [2] provides 
basic usage information. 

Note, you may want to grab the latest (rev. 23) pubsub.py [3], as it 
addresses an issue with the FlashTunnel not sending heartbeats properly.
