old package and see if it's all still relevant.  Feel free to rewrite!

Actually WinXP would be fabo -- I don't have a Windows box, so I can't even
confirm everything works under Windows.  And does Twisted even work on Windows?

I fixed up http://mod-pubsub.org/index.html and now I'm working on the FAQ.
