[Mod-pubsub-developer] Small Java client update

I've added an ant build file and a few changes to support disconnecting the 
underlying http connection, simple reconnection when publishing and better 
handling of problems, such as a server going missing.
The ant build file can do the normal things such as clean, compile, run 
unit tests and build a jar containing all the non-test code.
