#3 Give user a second try
If the user enters a wrong password, Apache will return
an "access denied page". Popular browsers remember
the wrong password, meaning that the user will have to
close the browser in order to get a second try.
This patch makes Apache prompt for user name and
password againg in case the user entered the wrong
password.
