#5 mod_gzip 2.0.40 download

Hi all,
source of mod_gzip which should compile with Apache 2.0.4x is available here:
http://www.gknw.de/development/apache/httpd-2.0/unix/modules/
a Win32 binary here:
http://www.gknw.de/development/apache/httpd-2.0/win32/modules/

there are known problems with this module together with mod_php and mod_perl; but I have no time to look more for these issues; so patches are welcome!!
