I figured as much, but the README said something helpful like "use the
source, Luke". Would it be a violation of mod_authn_pop3's design goals
to use #ifdefs in order to compile on both versions? I didn't have to
make that many changes, so it seems reasonable but may be more trouble
than it's worth.
