First public release of the Apache DSO module that can helps one log resource usage information of requests.

This first release makes one able to log in microseconds:
* Duration of the request;
* CPU usage of the Apache process in Userspace;
* CPU usage of the Apache process in Kernelspace;
* CPU usage of child processes in Userspace;
* CPU usage of child processes in Kernelspace.

This information kan be used in many different ways. Some possible uses:
* Website performance graphing;
* Tracing performance bottlenecks;
* Detecting anomolies;
