[Mockpp-commits] mockpp with MFC

I recently found out about mockpp and I would prefer using it. Unfortunalety
I have to use version 1.1.16 due to the fact that I am developing with MS
Visual C++ 6.0. The next anoying thing is, that I my project has some
dependencies to MFC (it doesn't use any of these classes but has this
dependency).
 
As you probably can guess it doesn't work!!! I get the compiler error, that
<windows.h> is already included and this must not happen. Is there any
possibility to use mockpp together with MFC??? Or do I have to give up
trying to fix this.
