seems you're right :-) but I am not sure how to handle the issue. The original 
cause lies rather within OutBound and not within ConstraintList. Changing the 
behaviour of ContraintList as you proposed might introduce other problems in 
existing sources  so I am thinking about implementing an alternative way to 
handle verify() in the end.
