#4 New atg file: MockDynamoServlet

Attached is new class for
com.mockobjects.atg.MockDynamoServlet.

At the moment this is a very basic class, with just a
counter to see how often its service method is called.
However, it can be overridden to check the value of
parameters passed in with the request.

I see this very much as a first step, for future
expansion.
