We''ve been reworking our dynamic mock library and have now folded it back into the head release.

Warning: Please note that this release contains a first version of a Dynamic Mock Objects API. This API has already been improved in CVS and the next release will break most applications using it. We are releasing it so that applications which have been built using code from CVS can use a stable release.

Some tidy up of the distribution jars.
Split into core, jdk, j2ee, and alt components. With all the combinations of jdk and j2ee version.
