[MO-java-dev] [Patch] build.xml javadoc-task

The javadoc-task produced the JavaDoc for J2SE 1.3 and J2EE 
1.3 only.

With this patch it will produce JavaDocs for the used versions 
of J2SE and J2EE in a directory doc/javadoc-{J2SE-version}-
j2ee{J2EE-version}.

Additionally it will produce the JavaDoc not only for public 
classes but also for protected and package-private classes.
