It's possible to upload individual files to the wiki (inline images, 
downloadables and even through a funky online diagram editor). See 
http://www.mockobjects.com/wiki/HelpOnActions/AttachFile

However, this is obviously not suitable for JavaDocs. I can create 
accounts for anyone who needs access to upload files (scp and sftp only 
- sorry, no ftp). Alternatively, we could stick these files on 
http://mockobjects.sourceforge.net and cross link (which will save the 
hassle of keeping these accounts updated).

Either way's good for me - what would you prefer?
