[Mockobjects-java-dev] CVS notifications !

I have finally succeeded in configuring CVS so that it sends messages to the
dev mailing list whenever someone makes a commit. This is so that we can
track what is happening on the repository. Otherwise, it is hard to know
when something has changed ...
