#4 build.xml patches

A couple of fixes to the build.xml were required to get
MockMaker to build from CVS as grabbed at 12noon
BST 2nd October 2002.
Build system was RH linux with jsdk 1.4

Patch is attached, basically it includes qdox in the
compile path and looks in ${build} rather than
${bin} for the AcceptableInterface.class
