#95 Lacking last version MOCAT2 cfg file documentation

Hello,

I installed last version MOCAT2(2.1.3). there are several new parameters in the cfg file. And there is no documentation about them. Because there are several parameters lacking default entries in the file such as
MOCAT_data_dir :
MOCAT_rownames_dir :
the tool gives error messages about them. and i do not know exactly what to enter for these parameters.
It would be great if you help me.
