I encourage you to look in the log folders and try to make it out. Probably
a step before fails. I understand it’s a bit of a jungle and I’m sorry I
don’t have the bandwidth to support you further.

Hello,

When i tried to run runMOCAT.sh, the processing always stoped at the same
point, which is "starting f_RefMG.v1.padded". And the error message is:
"ERROR & EXIT: Missing
/home/irsat/Documents/Metagenomics/Data/Analysis_4/reads.mapped.extracted.screened.hg19.on.mOTU.v1.padded.on.RefMG.v1.padded.solexaqa/Analysis_4.mapped.extracted.screened.hg19.on.mOTU.v1.padded.on.RefMG.v1.padded.solexaqa.allbest.soap.gz
at /home/irsat/Documents/Apps/MOCAT2/MOCAT/src/MOCATFilterV2.pm line 153."

The process can go through filtering and screening on hg19, because of
which i think that i have submitted the work correctly.

Waht can i do about this issue? is there any detailed error message i can
fine somewhere?
