MOCAT - 2017-09-29

As the message says, you have to specify which READS you've used. In this
case -r reads.processed

Hi,

I got this error when try to run the second command in the manual:
MOCAT.pl -sf my.samples -a

ERROR & EXIT: For the assembly and assembly revision steps, please specify
-r [READS] explicitly (to minimize risk of using wrong reads for assembly)
at /mnt/e/Data/Tools/MOCAT/src/MOCAT.pl line 462.

Any idea, the first one runs through with no problem: MOCAT.pl -sf
my.samples -rtf
