One of the limits to the photos is size and pulling the image from the video stream is a serious limitation--especially for 1 and 2 megapixel cameras.

Another limit to the photos, is that if you have lost your network connection, but still want to take and send that photo with location information to flickr later when service is restored.

The feature to "save for later" or for "bulk uploading" has already been requested, however another improvement on that request would be to enable selection of any photo from your multimedia card to flickr tag, geocode and send. Also saving location information as a "favorites" text file or KML file for cutting and pasting later or allowing direct text entry of lat and lon or for follow up when batch uploading) Perhaps the location is coded into the EXIF already and directly tagging the EXIF headear through text entry.
