Just tested it and it worked from scratch. Nevertheless these instructions might be useful for getting it working:
Some, or possibly all, Nokia E-series phones refuse to install self-signed applications by default. This can be fixed by changing installer settings as follows. From the device menu, open:
Tools / App. mgr. / Options / Settings
Then set "Software installation" to "All". The default on most E-series phones is "Signed only". The names will be different in devices using a different language but the same setting should be present.
For the further development feedback is highly appreciated. This project should be an alternative for commercial mobile applications everybody can use for free. To be successful in this, any review, bug report, or feature request is valueable.
Mobile Karaoke and its Toolkit had to be rereleased because of an bugfix.
The bug resolved kept the mobile application from executing.
The Mobile Karaoke Toolkit is an graphical user interface for creating an application file together with any MIDI file, that includes lyrics. You can then take the created file, drop it on your mobile, and enjoy Mobile Karaoke.
The J2ME project Mobile Karaoke originally started by moblication (http://www.moblication.com) now moved to SourceForge!
It is, it keeps, and it will be open source.
