[mobilecore-development] Missing makeproj

     hi,

     mobilecore looks quite promising. However I'm kinda
     stuck before I have actually begun. In howtostart.txt
     it says I should use 'makeproj' which doesn't seem to be
     included in the release. Where can I get it?
