#3 During backup, "Press Start to backup" is displayed

During the backup, between the individual requests for access permissions the phone displays "Press Start to ..." (don't remember exactly) instead of the information that the backup is in progress or ideally a progress bar. When finished it displays a screen with
line 1: Backup started...
line 2: Backing up to file:////...
- likely the code tries to set the status to "Backup started..." but it takes effect too late.
