While working on the integration of CacheCreator into TrekBuddy Atlas
Creator I noticed that current CacheCreator implementation was at some
points a bit hard to read and understand.

While understanding the code myself I cleaned the code, upgraded it to
Java 5 syntax and optimized reusability a bit.

Functionality is still the same.
