#189 Error in FC.initializeCache

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I start MTE and I click "yes" when it asks me if I allow MTE to access to
MTEFileCache. I built this file with cachecreator V0.02

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to have the maps in background but instead I have
"Error in FC.initializeCache() Array index out of range : 0" written in the
background

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
MTE 1.14
