Hans reported the following:

GPX time stamps are written in format:
<time>YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ</time>
where Z indicates the UTC time but instead the time is written in local
time zone format. This may cause trouble for example when using the GPX
file geotagging photos.
