#4 ROOM cannot be specified while creating the list

One thing that is important is that the ROOM (location for
tutoring) cannot be specified when creating the list, it's
specified when the list is OPENED (so the students can
sign in) by the students, because students can be
anywhere in the department. That is the main thing
about our system.
