I've several maps bought using TwoNav and I would like to use now another application like oruxmaps or Osmand because they use less power... enabling twonav as local source would allow me to convert thoses files...

I am sorry but the TwoNav format is a one-way format. MOBAC can not make use of such atlases because the tiles are merged, stretched and manipulated in the creation progress.
Reversing the process is complicated and will result in bad quality map tile images.
Therefore MOBAC does not and will not support TwoNav format as map source.
