Here is another file I'd like some comment on:
MnSt_Assignments.php

Currently the file stores uploaded assignments into a directory and the name 
of the file in the database -or- the assignment itself in the database, 
depending on the method used. I'm having problems with some of the uploaded 
files not showing up in the directory.  Any suggestions for improving the 
system, error checking, etc...?
