#377 IRC Proxy in Preferences

Would it be possible to add a section to the program in
the preferences to make it able for the user to access
the IRC channel through a HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS
proxy? My school's firewall blocks IRC protocol and I
have to get through it with a proxy.
