#329 w32 pack does not seem to work on win98/ME
looks like the w32 packs don't start on win98/ME since
some months. I am assigning that to me for now, but i am
pretty clueless.
It looks like evilcryptopp.pyd is trying to load a dll which
only exists on XP/2000, but i don't know how to look
further into that. Any help highly appreciated!
