#10 VT100 Support

I'm just working on VT100 support on my server.
I think VT100 is a good idea for muds as it enables you to lock the prompt
at the bottom of the screen. Since my fight code isn't round based it cosists of a lot of prompt updates. Enabling VT100 really cuts down on the promptspam.

Hope anybody is alive to read this. :-)
