#17 Useless shebangs should be removed

I'm packaging mmpython for Ubuntu (and eventually
Debian) and the package checking tool (lintian)
complains about a few files having a shebang although
it's not needed. Would you mind removing them?

The concerned files are:
-> __init__.py
-> audio/m4ainfo.py
-> disc/CDDB.py
-> disc/DiscID.py
