I have it all installed and the first two pages
display; Manifesto and Pricing Explained. But the rest
come up with an insert username / password box? where
does the user / pass come from?

and also i get 'Query failed: Table 'juddy2_ktc.user'
doesn't exis' on the trading procedures page
