#84 Protect from deletion

Hello,

something very useful and hopefully easy to implement:

Option to protect some filtered emails from being deleted.

Example:

Email xy ... Filter "important" [x]protect from deletion.

(Option to delete them finally by extra context menue
"delete protected emails")

You can prevent e-mails from being marked as Spam by
inserting a new filter (Filter "important"). Move the
filter up to the top of the list and ensure that
the "process other filters" check-box is un-checked.

This "work-around" is not quite the same, or as safe as you
are asking for, but if you also use "highlight with
colour", then you need to be pretty hung-over to delete by
mistake.

Thanks Steve for your answer,

I already use the "important" filter. I use the program for
private and business and therefore, there are a lot of
highlited emails. Some mails, allthough they're not spam
could be deleted after I've read them once. I want to avoid
a deletion of the important mails by accident, not by hung
over ;) I know sometimes it's almost the same. With the
option to protect the user could easily delete all the
emails by one click without the fear to delete also the
important ones.

So as far as I'm concerned there is still need of such a
protection.

To prevent loosing important messages, I have a G-mail
account that has all my messages forwarded to it. I don't
use this g-mail account for normal use, it is just there as
a backup.
