#57 advise ISP of SPAM

I thought I posted this months ago, but didn't see it.
Maybe I never got around to it.

It would be helpful to be able to forward SPAM to your
ISP so they can update their SPAM filters. Each
account would need a place to add an address for that
ISP to notify of SPAM. And, I imagine automatically
delete after notify of SPAM would be appropriate.
