#25 Queing Command

Problem: actually with virus, spam and worm problems
hitting hard ISP/hosters they cannot follow the
increasing demands of mail clients (including magicmail)
for checking mailboxes too frequently. The problem is on
the files access level from the ISP side (with 15000
concurrent acces by second to mailboxes). Some of
them (including mine) is trying to limit mailbox acces
frequency. My hoster have recompiled all of his
mailservers to accept a maximum of 2 checks for 1
minute. If you check more frequently than that, there is
simply an error : "connection was lost" fired to your mail
client and you have to wait 60 secs before you can
check again and resume operations with the mailbox.
Under this circumstances, MagicMail is very exposed.

Future suggestion: It will be great to make an option to
MMM : when you give more than X commands per Y time
lap, then they should be queued for execution. That will
be also helpfull for multiple MMM commands,
like "load" "delete", "preview as text" and "simply check".
