#18 Change background color of text & Bounce unsure mail.

1. Make it possible to change not just color of text but also background color of text to make it
easy to read.

2. Make it possible to automatically bounce some mail, e.g. those that cannot be determined to be
spam or legitimate mail. (If one is sure that an e-mail is safe, one can accept it automatically and if
one is sure that it's spam or a virus, one can delete it automatically; if one is not sure, the safest
and best thing to do is to return it to the sender so that the sender, if human and not a spammer,
will know it wasn't received.)
