#102 "static" icons in system tray

Hey,

first of all: you've done a great work with MMM!

My request is pretty simple. For me it's gets pretty annoying that on arrival of new mail or in suspend mode the systray icon changes every half second.

A icon which shows the current status, but won't change would be less distracting.
