#84 MMM Fails to save existing Registry settings to Magic.ini

The help file CHM tips and tricks section says creating a blank magic.ini will cause MMM to read existing settings from Registry and save them to Magic.ini upon exiting, to convert a standard install to Portable mode.

However, this does not import existing settings and creating a blank magic.ini merely results in default settings instead.
