#53 Alt+F4 acts as F4="toggle SPAM mark" too

When Alt+F4 is pressed at the MMM v2.9b10 main
window (for closing it but keeping MMM in the system
tree) then the "[SPAM]"-state of the currently selected
message (= mail) is toggled before the MMM main
window is closed. After restoring it the toggled "[SPAM]"-
state can be seen.

Additionally: The F4 key function "toggle SPAM mark" is
never mentioned - never in the help file nor in the bubble
help of the SPAM button. Also a menu entry for toggling
the spam mark cannot be found.

Also a menu entry for "close MMM main window" is
missing. The only chance to do this is clicking to the
cross at the title bar or pressing Alt+F4 with to effect
mentioned above.
