#7 problems with Mkv to Avi convertion

I successfully downloaded and installed the latest
full version of the software, however when i convet
from Mkv file to Avi using ffshadow encoder and start
playing the clip i find that the audio is sometimes
faster sometimes slower than the video playing ( they
dont match ) and i dont find the ffshadow audio
encoder on the audio compressor list.... Can you
please help....Thank you......

The first, pls ensure the source file is well, you can play
it in media player(after installed MMConvert, you must can
do this). if it is well, i can only suggest you convert it
to wmv.
Also, you can send portion of your source file to ping235 at
bigfoot.com, let me test it, may be i can give more help.
