#1 HotSync Conduit hangs for some users

Some users have complained that the conduit hangs
during HotSync. I've been able to look at the
HotSync.log file on a couple occassions. It appears the
Palm data is either mishandled or corrupted, causing the
code to misbehave. I am unable to duplicate the error
to further investigate.
