#21 Logging Options

Being able to set log prefix/suffix with things like
M:D:T:Y etc to show month, date, time, year etc. or a
custom string, also be able to strip out ansi codes, and
or to log in html. As well as fixing up the
append/overwrite and sequential file naming, log
trimming allowing a set size to be maintained, and also
log archiving. Basically anything you could do with Mirc
or other similar programs with lots of options.
