#8 Crashes System after early quit

If MM2D offers its error dialog with the buttons "Exit"
and "continue", and if I press Exit, the app will quit
but afterwards I get a crash in the Finder where it
apparently tries to call a subroutine via a ptr which
has become invalid.

This is reproducible with v1.0b6

I use OS 9.2.2 on a G4.

It does not seem to matter what causes the error
dialog. I had this happen in different error
situations.

It may be that MM2D installs some hooks
(callbacks) which it does not clean up when
quitting prematurely through the error dialog.

If this is correct I suggest to install a hook to
ExitToShell where the cleanup is the done instead
of calling the cleanup code explicitly before calling
ExitToShell. Using the hook would ensure that
even other unexpected crashes will not take down
the whole system.
