#13 Error Type 1 Crashes

MacMPEG2Decoder crashes whenever I hit the start button! I get
an Error type 1 message. I was able to decode a m2v file once in
the past but not anymore. It works on other computers that are
exactly like mine. I have a G4 with over a gig of ram and over 21
gigs of hard drive space. I don't know what to do anymore.
Please, someone, HELP!
