#12 Error decoding mpg2 file

When I try to decode the following file (which was
downloaded from my ReplayTV), I get 'MPEG-2 PES packet
Error Code:1'.

I understand that ReplayTV mpg files may not be
completely conformant to the mpeg2 spec, but I wonder
if support for decoding these files could be added.
There doesn't seem to be any way to decode them on the
Mac, but there are lots of ways on Windows.

Ideally, I would like to convert them to a dv file, so
that I can import them into iMovie.

mpeg2decX seems to convert the video part of the file
OK-ish, but it doesn't convert the audio.

Help, please.

I have the same problem with MPEG2 files from archive.org -
there seem to be very few solutions for getting the audio
out in this format variation (whatever it is). bbDemux works
sometimes, but sometimes gives the error "packed header flag
not allowed" and won't finish audio or video for such files.
Dang annoying. I hope this project isn't dead . . .
