I have exactly the same error, only I'm using 0S X 10.1.2 on a g3 (ibook)
I have tried this on b7.3, b7.5 and b8.1 all with exactly the same result.
Is this an error with the original mpeg files?
The mpeg2 files were downloaded from www.archive.org/movies/ I've tried 4 files in all ranging from roughly 250Mb to 450 Mbs. I can't confirm but I'm assuming the original files were interlaced NTSC format.
Any word on what I'm doing wrong?
