There is a bug in the b6 code that prevents MM2D from encoding in vp3 format. It has to do with the way it changes the frame duration to 1/25 or 1/29.9997 for PAl and NTSC respectivelly. That code needs to be moved to the point prior to sending the frame to QuickTime to compress.
