#31 Files with special chars in the name won't stream.

In my example, mp3's with the name "Queensr˙che"
wouldn't stream. I didn't receive any kind of error
message, the player(winamp in this case) just hung
there trying to connect. I didn't experiment with any
other chars.

I went through and changed names to "Queensryche"
and all is well..
